"I set off to witness the 'super tide' at Lavernock Beach in South Wales, on the Bristol Channel. The Bristol Channel has the second highest in the world anyway. This is also being muted as a location for a 'huge tidal' lagoon. If so this landscape picture would be changed forever.
It is a beach I frequent often, it's a sculpted 'Jurassic" coastline...you can find slaps of sand stone there that mimic exactly what you see in this photo. Not a dramatic photo, more serenely etched by passing waters and time."
